What notice do I need to give for a booking?
It is best to give as much notice as possible, however we will do our utmost to accommodate last minute bookings.

How long can I have the bouncy castle for?
The bouncy castle is yours for the day. Bouncy castles and bouncy slides are delivered in the morning, the time depends on how busy we are that day. Collections are then made in the evening, again depending on how many bouncy castles we are picking up and what time you need it to. We try to be as flexible as possible and work around times that are convenient with you.

Do I need to provide anything?
Only access to a power supply. Our driver will bring all necessary equipment with him.

Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors?
Yes, most of our bouncy castles can be inflated indoors, we will provide sandbags to weigh the bouncy castle down. You will need to check the ceiling height of the venue and just let us know.

What if it rains?
If it is absolutely pouring with rain on the day of your party, and you wish to cancel the booking, this is no problem. There will be no charge for cancellation. It does'nt happen very often, but sometimes the weather just is'nt very cooperative!

Do you have insurance?
Yes, BC Bouncy Castles has public liability insurance up to £5m.

Can we keep the bouncy castle overnight?
Yes, we do hire our bouncy castles and bouncy slides over night, but an extra charge will apply.

How long does it take to set the bouncy castle up?
We usually allow 15-20 minutes to safely set up the bouncy castle or bouncy slide
